I use my diffuser several times a day! I start my day with an energizing essential oil blend like Peppermint and Norther Black Spruce. When kids get home from school I add a more relaxing blend of Bergamot, Lavender and Geranium to ease the afternoon stresses. Once the evening comes, I add Ylang Ylang and Lavender in the diffuser in our bedroom for good night's sleep and good dreams.
