Frankincense essential oil is known to help repair cells, stimulate the immune system and balance hormones, but one of my favorite uses for Frankincense: on my face to help reduce and prevent wrinkles, and it great for dry skin or for aging skin. Even the ancient Egyptians used it in rejuvenation face masks.
Topically: add two drops of Frankincense and use it like a toner after washing your face every morning.
Easy Wrinkle Lotion: Mix 15 drops of Frankincense with half of cup coconut oil and 2 tablespoons of Almond Oil. Whip well and storage in a glass container. Use it as a daily moisturizer.
“Used to treat every conceivable ill known to man,” Frankincense was valued more than gold during ancient times, and only those with great wealth and abundance possessed it. It is mentioned in one of the oldest known medical records, Ebers Papyrus (dating from 16th century BC), an ancient Egyptian list of 877 prescriptions and recipes. - Source: Essential Oils Pocket Reference
